I think Funcom stopped your server to prevent further damage. This is no longer one-sided. a mutual war.
More than one Funcom team is dealing with this issue. It’s nice that they protect the servers with instant interventions.
Despite the fact that this is an XBox discussion and while there’s been some second hand info on the possibility of the hacks hitting consoles, what basis do you have that Funcom has stopped this PVE-C server due to the hacking rampage?
I’m not suggesting it’s not true, I only want to see where it was announced as such.

you are right. I considered this as pc pve. I don’t know any explanation other than the one I linked. If you hadn’t told me, I would have even not realized it was Xbox. Now I can tell which platform it is from above.

What’s the server number?
You might have to open a ticket in game or menu and report it to Zendesk as server performance issues.
Edit: Unless it’s a private server, then the host would need to restart the server through G Portal.
If it appears on Xbox, use Microsoft’s Report function on the console. MS usually deal with it fairly quickly.
