Question about SA continuity from "The Fold" to "Marquard's Wake"

Finished “The Fold” and got a call from faction handler though I don’t recall the content, but now when I go to SA and the warehouse, the Mission Journal on “Marquard’s Wake” says “wait to hear from your faction handler.” Can anyone tell me how to progress this mission?
