Question of the Week: What's something you always have in your inventory and never leave home without?

My waterskin, always filled before I leave town.

A campfire, with a few pieces of coal.

While yes, it’s easy to make - I prefer to have one premade and ready to place down.

I don’t want to be in a situation where I’m frantically looking for something and not be able to build it, (the UI on PS4 doesn’t allow searching for items, and since I have all the glamour packs … it’s a very long way down to the bottom where it’s located.)

If a teammate, or I was low on food, food is everywhere - but to cook it to get the most out of it, I like to be prepared.

Maybe my thrall is low on food, it doesn’t take but a moment to whip it out and burn them some food. And being able to do so on the fly is very helpful - especially if I’m out and about for a few hours and food is getting low for any of my team while we are out adventuring.

My choice of weapon varies (though usually I prefer daggers and a bow), but I always try to have a water skin, pick, hatchet (or if I’ve got the option, a pickaxe to free up hotbar space), and skinning knife on me when I go out.

I have to say that this meal is underestimated but for me is better than Mitras ambrosia. It is a meal that restores your humidity too and you can have it really fast on the game. Most of the YouTubers propose Mitra for first religion to the fresh starters, i believe that yog is better :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. The only good think is either way yogs religion is the easiest to get, but i believe that it doesn’t get the respect it must have.
For me after i am able to fix aloe soup my yogs stakes wait in my fridge, but i always have at least 2 stucks in my fridge :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:. Sometimes my Bella needs a quick bite :joy::joy::joy:.

A second complete set of armor with the opposite temp protection of the armor i am wearing

Water

Two full waterskins, food, and weapon of choice–typically something venom-infused.

My pickaxe is always at my side, i use many types of weapons so it’s not always the same but i never leave my city without Picka (it’s her name :yum:)

I always have the “Ancient Key”, so I can visit the Kinscourge anytime (all my thralls use Telith’s Sorrow sword). But a clan blocked the black keep entrance and it’s just useless now. In fact, there are so many resources blocked in the official server I’m playing that I think twice before leaving home. Nowadays it would be better to have the climbing gear to climb all walls and foundations blocking all good spots on the map.

I always have a black blood pick with an oil if not all the black blood tools but I mean who doesn’t. Other than that I have to say herbal tea, being able to get extra healing that stacks with the food regeneration is clutch plus you get the stamina regeneration that helps when you have no stamina in a fight. It’s cheap to make and I usually fill 10 fridges each time I craft it and rarely run out. I only drink water when I need hydrated but don’t need healed or stamina.

Climbing gear, underwater breathing mask, night stalker mask, mask of the witch doctor, szeth’s truncheon, campfire, bedroll and a rope in my inventory. Sometimes a bow with healing and explosive arrows.
Moving from hot to cold (or cold to hot) areas is not a problem, I have hot food and cooling drink on my hotbar.
My hotbar is: 2 handed, shield, one handed, daggers, , harvesting tool, food, drink, torch.

My inventory continued to fill up with things that I had to have, so I now have a dump box at every base. If not on my toolbar, everything goes in there and I grab only what I need for the intended mission. Sometimes weapon swaps are necessary, but not often.

After returning and loot/resources are stored, I grab everything out of the dump box.

So, the short answer is, whatever I have on my toolbar
