Whats the highest that you have taken your feature points to? Have you managed to get all the features on one character? How many tablets did you use?
I believe you needed about a bit less than 1400 points (a bit more if you skip the religion trainers) and yes, you can learn all feats. That would be mmm 11-12 tablets.
I have about 1800 points now, had to learn all feats from the mods I use as well

guess it would be wishful thinking you could get tablets for attributes lol- I could another 70-100 more points.
I played on a private server where they had that. Play long enough and you end up having a char that can max all the attributes. And that’s why that’s a mod
