Raid times change after patch 2.1

Server type: PvP
Region: US - Eastern

Noticed last night Raid hour was cut by 1 hour. We checked the Official server #6411 settings and see this in the Time-Restrict PVP Building Damage:
Mon-Sat 18:00 - 23:00 (this use to read 16:00-22:00)
Sun 0:00-23:00 (ALL DAY RAIDING!!!)

  2. goto settings server tab
