same here pc official, at night i can send a screenshot if it rains
This has been happening for a long time now. Reported repeatedly. It happens on official and private servers.
No worries. 
Yes, it happens on official and private. Also happens with stormglass ceiling windows and both types of awnings as well. Definitely messes with immersion.
