Red Mother doing instant heal again

Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE
Region: N. America

Red Mother heals almost immediately upon losing agro and returning to her spawn point.

  1. Thrall and player character engaged Red Mother.
  2. Red Mother reduced to about 5% health
  3. Red Mother broke agro even though Thrall and PC still engaged.
    4.Red Mother started back to spawn point and began healing rapidly, fully healed by the time reached spawn point.

Thought this was fixed, but looks like it had returned with latest update.

Secondary issue, thrall falling through mesh will report separately.
