I rented a server for Conan, my friend cannot play online or join my game. We tried Co/OP and when she attempts to join says needs Xbox Live Account which she does. HELP!

Welcome to the Forum. Can she connect to any other online games as a test or can any one else connect to your server. I play on Playstation and have a server not familiar with Xbox. There are plenty of Xbox players here

That might be a Microsoft issue. One of my friends paid his Ultimate, but it took a few hours before it let him back on.
