How long does it usually take for admins to process a case?
Our base is blocked by someone in several places all around.
We can no longer build. They clearly want to bully us. The other player has no nearby building. Just the blockage.
And it’s getting more and more. I don’t know how we can fight back.

This violation is reported more then a year ago by several players, even bridges (like this) covering 4 or more grids seem to have no priority at all. So don’t expect to much.

We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction.
