Resources, NPC's and bosses won't spawn

I loaded up my save on a single player game and nothing spawns anywhere my thralls are there but no resources or NPCs also when trying to craft it goes super fast and costs almost no resources, I’m playing on the Xbox Series X

Check your custom server settings for craft time and resource usage. As for missing npcs that aren’t appearing, try admin > ghost > walk in the problem area.
