Right alt is recognized as alt

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Gameplay
Mods: None

Bug Description:

When tabbing into the game it recognizes Right Alt as any Alt and makes you roll if your dodge is bound to right alt.

Bug Reproduction:

Bind dodge to right alt and then tab into the game or click into the game.

It has unfortunately always been this way.

What I do is hit ESC or ~ before I alt+tab and then back in again. No rolling.
