Sabertooth Cubs respawning under the earth

Bug Description:

Sabertooth Cubs are spawning under the map

Bug Reproduction:

I killed the sabertooth mother and cubs through the earth with a spear, then would wait for respawn and the cubs would be under the map unable to grab or interact with besides attack with a spear.

Got 2 yesterday but they were invisible only health bars . Some one mentioned it so I went to admin god mode invisible to test . @nichemer
