We have angry customers looking for answers as to why their product doesn’t work. Or what the work around for the most recent broken update is.
And because the people whose job it is to engage the community are silent, it falls to the rest of the community to answer.

This would imply your time in the military was mercenary work. And I know from other sources you weren’t in the Secret Service, a career condition which might have tangentially placed an agent in the vicinity of an as-described “American Oligarch.” You didn’t bleed for them.

I’ll para-quote Black Hawk Down: “It’s not about the mission or some idea, and the minute a bullet whizzes past your head you’ll know it too. It’s about the fighters beside you.”

You fought for the mission, and your nation is grateful for it. You did it to protect our right to say angry things: to reinforce the idea that our society would rather use the pen than the knife. You fought, paradoxically, so that people can openly cheer for a gruesome and frankly, cowardly act.

We’re all Barbarians here. We can be honest. Happy New Year. We are also, paradoxically on the same side. I would like more transparency from the Dev Team while I firmly demand respect for the humans who work on our incredible game.
