So… where is the saddle feat? I see Poitain Saddles, but not Novice Saddler (I believe that’s what it is called). I am unable to craft the station AND stables without this feat. I read somewhere that it was supposed to be down in the Thrall Taker section, but it’s nowhere to be found.
Currently not in-game but did you check your other feat tabs? Wasnt the saddle one under armor?

Yes saddles are under the armor tab. They are essentially horse armor.
