could the savegames also be saved in the Steam Cloud?

I moved my Steam game directory today. When uninstalling Steam, the game library will be deleted as well, no problem, I saved my games on an external hard drive.

So Steam reinstalled in another path, old backup of Conan Exiles files directly after.
The problem is that the savegames are not stored in the cloud, and I now only have the old savegame from the backup.
