Game mode: OFFICIAL Type of issue: CRASH / PERFORMANCE Server type: PVE CONFLICT Region: NA east coast
Server crashed about 8pm eastern. After over an hour before it came back up the server continued to crash off and on. Lag was atrocious. Server continued to crash on and off for the night. REALLY hope GPortal gets this figured out as we barely have had 2 weeks of playable server time since the last time this went on for almost 2 weeks. Going to from a popular server to a dead server soon enough I think. Losing players again already.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
Don’t know how to reproduce the bug as we are being told it is due to over loaded servers on GPortals end.
Had it mentioned that it was possibly happening from a player DDOSing the server. Seeing as other servers aren’t doing it.
I’m a player on that server and our clan is about to quit the game forever. We’re sick that funcom doesn’t poke G-portal HARDER. If they can’t run servers, why can’t you change the company hosting it? It’s NOT acceptable and in the end, you’re ruining your own reputation. If not fixed soon, It’ll be my LAST product from your company. It’s one of the worse lags I’ve had in ANY online games I played in 20 years. I think 56k games were more stable than this…
We have same situation on 1094, and by full my clan we are waiting for fix crashs more than 3 weeks.
We also want to leave game forever because game is unplayable long time. Everyone just tired to wait for help.
Every day server crash more than 10 times.
I writed to admins a lot of times.
I created 3 topics here. And a still have crashs everyday.
They spit on their players.
