Got kicked earlier today. Battlemetrics shows it’s been down for 7 hours. Tried to direct connect. Any word on a fix?

This has been an ongoing issue on our server for a long long time, yet others will be up. I think there is a ticket or something that needs to be put in.

The server isn’t up. I’ve not been able to log in since I was kicked 48 hours ago. It still shows 0/40 player, Age ???, and ping at 9999. I cannot direct connect and am constantly told my ping is too high. Other server query sites show the server as non-responsive.
EDIT: I refreshed the server list since this post and it seems the server is online. I managed to get in the server.
It’s down again.
I put in a ticket at 11:45am cst
