The past 4 days (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday) server 1550 has been listed with a 9999 ping. Others I’ve spoken with have seen the same issue. Any feedback or potential resolution time frame? I was off for a week before that and I’m concerned my base/thralls may be decayed by the time I can get back in. Thanks

I’ve gone to https://www.battlemetrics.com and 1550 does not show up. I’ve also tried several IP:port from my game.ini file and none of those work.

Sorry, someone else will have to chime in. Unsure why you are having the issue with it.
Could try to pingplot that address and see if perhaps something is down on your way to the server..

I can ping 212.56.32.205 ok. I’ve rebooted, even uninstalled/reinstalled Conan with no luck. Tried connecting to a VPN and then to Conan. Still nada. It’s the only official server that shows up with 9999 for me. Frustrating.

I’m getting this issue also on 1550 today. Was fine yesterday but now seeing a 9999 ping and can’t connect.

Our server hosting partners are currently investigating the machine that hosts servers 1519, 1550, 1555, 1558, 1561 and 1592.
As soon as the issue is resolved, I will be updating this thread 
our group of servers are back up! thankyou!
I will be keeping my eyes on these servers for a while to make sure these stay up. I know our server hosting partner (G-Portal) is investigating the server to see what was causing the issues.
