It is showing now, but the ping is 9999
1520 has been unavailable for 24+ hours now, ever since the early morning hours of May 19th. And as of last night’s server resets it is still not available and showing a Ping of 9999.
1522 as well. Seems they share an IP address for whatever that means. I tried to direct connect but it times out. Oh well.
According to Top Game Servers info:
83.223.203.192:28300 is 1520
83.223.203.192:28000 is 1522
1521 is a completely different IP oddly enough and it’s working fine.
9999 is still showing over 24 hrs of not being able to play #1520. Is funcom doing anything to get this fixed ? it’s frustrating not being able to play.

I did, several hours ago, around 11 AM (May 20th).
“We’ve received your official server performance issue report. We’ll take a look at what’s going on and pass the information on to our developers or our server host if needed. We’ll be in touch only if we have additional questions.”

Ok, so FC is aware in the correct place and there could be several factors at play.
It looks like it isn’t a GPortal issue: https://status.g-portal.com/ ← good bookmark to save if you’re ever in the same boat.
For now it will be a waiting game BUT I suggest if those affected have not submitted a Helpshift report to do so ASAP and monitor. You can add to your ticket by replying to the email.
As for getting the IP of your server the only reliable way is via this method now:
Unfortunately all websites that list IPs are outdated or poorly kept up.
Day 2 of the server gone, have reported it aswell, not really sure what is going on? would be nice with an update on this, imagine you play WoW one day the server you are playing on is gone for 24+ hours and counting, no info anywhere, try take your customers a little serious here, we all love this game.
I dont mind downtime in games i play, but take our time serious, tell us what is going on, so we can plan our gamingtime accordingly.
i hope server comes back soon, early today was 9999 ping problem but now its not showing up anymore.
Server has been down for more than 2 days and still ZERO communication from devs. Just what is going on??!!

Official #1520 has been unavailable for 2 Days now (48+ hours), and is no longer shown in the list of servers.
This problem can be reported at HelpShift, it replaces ZenDesk. Select the Official Server Performance as the request type.
Still not showing again 5-21.. 9am eastern.
Your server may have been wiped and deleted.
That would be very very bad. Why do you think that is likely or even possible, and by whom (Admin? / Hacker?).

Still down. Direct connect does not work, giving a connection timed out, server not found message.
I sent a second HelpShift report this morning as a follow-up to my first one yesterday. And also “Pretty Please” requested status information – no “real person” reply.
