As the tittle says, the Latin America official server #2978 PvE conflict is constantly staggered at 9999 ping and makes the game unplayable. The last couple of days were the worst.
Can we expect some sort of a fix for that?

We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction or abuse and as a result, any such requests will be dismissed.
