Following the scheduled server reset (around 5:15–5:25 AM), Official PvP Server 3563 and other servers in the 35xx range are no longer appearing in the server list. The servers have not returned after the reset and remain missing despite refreshing the list and checking filters. This appears to be a server-side issue, as these servers normally come back online after reset. Please investigate whether the servers failed to restart properly.

That doesn’t appear to be accurate. Official NA PvP servers have not been converted to EU PvE after reset, and there hasn’t been any announcement from Funcom stating such a change. Other NA PvP servers are still online and visible.This seems more like a server restart or listing issue affecting the 35xx servers specifically, which is why I reported it to support.

I see what you’re showing in the screenshot, but that actually confirms something is wrong, not that this was an intentional change. Those servers were previously NA PvP, and there has been no official announcement from Funcom about converting NA PvP servers into EU PvE/PvE-C overnight. A region and mode change like that would normally be communicated in advance. This looks more like a misconfiguration or backend issue after reset, where the servers are being incorrectly listed (wrong region/mode) rather than an intentional conversion. Until Funcom confirms this officially, it should be treated as a server-side error, not expected behavior.
I never stated it was intentional i said that they were all changed to pve.
