Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. Yellow bar is going down super fast
   2.All Npc super aggresive
   3.Take longer to load the game
2. Food and water bar going down too fast

A mi me pasaba a lo mismo hasta ayer que se actualizó el juego el 26 de Junio.

Entre al servidor 4523 (LATAM) y funciona todo bien.

Could you please elaborate on where exactly are you getting this behavior and what do you mean by too fast?
