My clan mate loaded up for the encumbrance free transfer from a server that is being closed, everyone else in our group transferred with no issues, but he can’t transfer.
Please help. He’s on official server 1514 and we are being merged to 1522, which is where he wants to transfer.

My clan mate can’t even launch the game now. He’s verified files, signed in and out of Steam.
I’m the clan mate. I was able to get the game to launch, I was getting an error about being disconnected from Funcom services.
I’ve submitted a ticket as well.
Tried transferring about 6 times now with the same result each time.
