Server crashing, no Zendesk response

Every single day, multiple times a day, for various amounts of time, the server shuts down. Ive put in 4 tickets and everytime they say solved and give me no response. The mods on the forums close my topic everytime i post it. What are we supposed to do here? I dont think responding to players whove spent alot time and money on the game is too much to ask.
