Server forgot who I am (Steam Id problem)

Game mode: Single-player AND local LAN server

I was playing single-player and got up to 30th level. I could disconnect and reconnect, no problem, it remembered me.

I took a break to setup a private LAN server and once I got it working, was playing on that just fine. I could disconnect and reconnect. Then I tried (and failed) to install mods. At one point the client was crashing. Removed the mods and it was fine, but now, it won’t recognize my steam id.

I went back online to the single player server and tried to continue, but it forgot who I was and started a new character. Also, the server list in Conan Exiles does not populate anymore. It is accepting my steam account, but forgot who I was. I suspect this is related to the inability to connect to the local server.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Update: after a reboot the id problems magically fixed themselves. I did not expect that since I am running on Linux+Wine and usually when you end a process it it dead, with no lingering effects. So not sure what’s going on.
