Server port issue

Hi guys,

I’m trying to set up a dedicated server as the title suggests. When in the app I cannot figure out how to get the ports open.

I have opened the ports listed in the firewall and disabling the firewall doesn’t help so I don’t think it’s that. I am using phone data due to a complicated situation, could that be causing issues?
