Server Transfer won't work

Bug Description:
My character that is in the cloud cannot transfer to any server without an error popping up. This is my 1st character that has learned everything in the exiles and would be a shame to loose him all because of a bug.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Server transfer
  2. Type transfer
  3. Go to a server
  4. Transfer character
  5. Error appears
