Hello funcom, 1931 was under attack from a cheater clan using a third party hacking program, they abused server for now 2 weeks, our community of 31 reported it to you through offical form and the one who did the original report received an answer today saying that you confirmed the report as true.
that is good but actual situation is all bases of server of a certain size decayed instantly just now, what happened please ? event occured at 22:30 norvegian time
yes my base decayed over night. the hackers base is fine with a fresh timer even after you sent me a email confirming they violated the rules. whats going on here? am I being punished for reporting or did these hackers get admin control?. I lost everything all the clans that have been on this server for multiple years bases have decayed overnight. these last few weeks fighting these hackers has been hell they can see my location behind walls also kill me through walls and kill at a distance or invisible with melee weapons. Funcom if it was you that punished me for reporting I am done with this game.
Yeah I can confirm. All the bases that the cheaters have raided have disappeared while their base is fine.
My base luckily is still standing but I had not been raided by them (yet).
I would like to think this is another one of their cheats (and they will rightfully be punished for it) and not that Funcom punished the players who did not cheat.
same for me, my base is gone , they raid 3 day ago with godspeed hack , and today is decay , i have 6000h of play on this server and now i lost everything.
I was getting ready to buy the new DLC tonight (building pieces look awesome btw) but if it is a hack, I’m going to hold off till we hear back from Funcom that it has been resolved.
Also witnessed this on Official Server 1539. 4 people logged on server ping went to 1000 then they logged shortly after. Could this be a stability issue? All major builds are now gone. Not really sure this is a “HACKY” thing. Occurred around 2120 hours EST Time.
Well our clan and all the clans who had been reporting the cheaters (with video evidence) have been banned as of this morning and most of our bases wiped. I’m starting to think it is not a HACKY thing either and for some crazy reason Funcom banned us (the clans who reported the cheating)?!?!
One of our clan members on Friday got a reply from Funcom thanking us for reporting the cheating and that actions were going to be taken against the cheating clan. Well… we (and the other clans trying to fight the cheaters) are now banned from all Official servers LOL!!!

On top of it, the cheating clan that supposedly was going to be punished was active this weekend and their base not wiped (at least as of Saturday)…
I had a feeling that might be the issue…
You can also appeal bans, or receive ban information through zendesk .

Yeah for what it is worth I can guarantee that we did not cheat. Only thing I can think of is that we did have some large bases due to a member really liking to build. The bases in question while large were not the usual “spam” but instead just big cool looking bases (multiple walls, etc).
The funny thing was that we were planning to get the new DLC since we like the look of the new building pieces and wanted to make a European style castle. Good thing we didn’t buy it…
Oh well will see what Funcom comes back with. Still odd that pretty much ALL the clans who have played on the server for years have been banned/wiped while the new clan of cheaters (which we provided video evidence of) seem not to have been punished (even after we were sent an email by Funcom thanking us and telling us actions would be taken). That very day bases get wiped but not the cheaters… What the heck!!!
well in fact mostly all the old community of legit players of 31 have been ban, it was a community who was able to build, survive, dominate on this pvp server for 2 years. communty was very peacefull and non toxic, mostly buiilder able to figh together against people coming using undermesh and cheats, or very toxic and aggresive stands.
demand about precise reason of ban have been done, i am very curious of the answer, and a lot of players of 31 are very curious about it.
i am also curious to know why the hack clan that used a third party program reported to you long ago is still on 1931? and why this is exactly all people that have been raided by this hacking clan that got a ban an instant decay last friday at 22 30 european time. but instant decay just on bases attacked , because inside same clan just some bases had instant decay, some others (who were not spotted and attacked by this clan operating for only 2 weeks) had no decay…
Just checked now I’m banned. I got banned for reporting cheaters you can’t make this up. All legit player banned for reporting cheaters. I played just yesterday cheaters were still there none of there stuff poofed like ours did. I provided video evidence of them cheating with third party program and got a conformation email from funcom that yes they were cheating and nothing happened to them. we got punished instead this makes me physically ill. as of this post I will be uninstalling conan exiles and removing it from my steam library for good I will not ever buy anything from funcom as long as I live.
