The setite helm from Riddle of steel DLC give the wrong buffs
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

It does seem the buff does not = the description for most of the 6 versions of the helmet.
In all versions, the description has bonus encumbrance and survival. Unfortunately, that is not true and is documented here.
While I wish it were a visual anomaly, reviewing the different levels of the helmet says otherwise.
Online private/single player, no mods.
