Ok, In my single player game that I have had since about February, Every time I restart the game (got to dashboard an actually quit the game NOT just the menu) several of the settings for my game reset. This includes: GENERAL, DAY/NIGHT CYCLE, SURVIVAL and HARVESTING. The other categories don’t reset. This started with the April update (I reported it then too). Since several of these require a restart this is very frustrating. I play offline 99% of the time having had a person in only once since the option became available to chose offline.
