Severe visual glitch after updating computer

Hello!!!

I updated my computer a few days ago. I changed my GPU, CPU, and RAM. I went from a 1080 to a 4070 and everything else runs much smoother, Conan is having this unique glitch. Occasionally little sticks of texture will shoot out from the environment or a player model itself (including my own). Today was pretty severe so I though I’d post here to ask. It happens at all levels of graphics. Low to Cinematic. I’d post a picture but I just made my account so I cannot. D:

I have a AMD Ryzen 7 7700, and a GeForce RTX 4070.

I can finally post a picture of it now. Has anyone seen something like this? The second photo isn’t placed fabric. It’s just a bunch of the glitches scattered across the area I’m in.

Some may be concerned with clicking on a link, instead you can paste the image directly in a comment.

You’re so right. Thank you.

I’ve definitely seen the stretching before and this seemed to be caused by de-synching or simply a visual performance glitch.

But, the bands I’ve never seen. I wonder if it might be mod and/or map related.

I’d perhaps agree but nobody else in the server is claiming to have the same problem.

It might be related to the stretching but it is interesting that it’s only since updating your PC.

Have you ensured you’ve updated all drivers?
Have you tried other graphics settings (other than low - cinematic, the rest)?
Maybe play around the Nvidia panel to see if optimization helps?

The only thing that’s not updated is that I’m running Windows 10 instead of 11 but I figured if I was running 10 on the old rig, it should be fine here. As for other graphic settings, I wouldn’t know where to start. I’ll prod at the Nvidia panel but I don’t know what would fix it.

Change your in game resolution and refresh rates

My in-game resolution is what’s recommended for my monitor. I also went to the Nvidia panel and optimized the game but that didn’t do anything either. Not sure where to change the refresh rates.

This didn’t work either. I still get those occasional stretches of color across the area I’m in.

This link here suggest turning off nvidia broadcast as it worked for them, the issue seems very similar.
