Here’s a little video I made of the holdings of my alt account from PC PvE #1502. Enjoy!

I actually squealed a little, can’t say what I yelled next.

How Siri interpreted it via SwearJar app: Holy sheep that forking korks bass!!

Nice, that Crownsgrove area btw is one of my favourite for making Aquilonian themes builds  Love that grass and trees, reminds me so much of wheat fields from Gladiator and Olive Trees from Greece, after scouting the entire land I found this to be my favourite Aquilonian like location <3

Have half a mind once finishing with my Lake Town to go back here and start a new location, and with Emberlight maybe drop in an Olive grove too

(the Larger/Dense grass mod sure helps too, to make it look even more like wheat fields. love it)

That bit with the chests under the hatch, is worthy of a nobel prize in “Clever thang” any day of the week in my book.

It’s a pity that all the beautiful buildings are built using mods. And sad that the normal version of the game without mods, it is impossible to perform some incredible structures. It is not clear why the developer does not pay attention to this. And one more thing, I would like to see a clan base that is both beautiful and protected from raids, unfortunately I did not see more than one picture of such a base. Sorry if it’s not easy

All of mine are built on vanilla. Of course, you’re free to consider them unbeautiful, but there are some incredible builds in this thread that are actually built on Official servers, some even on PvP servers.

Yes, there’s always room for more decorative pieces etc., but it’s dismissive towards the creativity of some players to say that you can’t build beautiful without mods.

Depends on what beautiful is to you. Two arenas I posted way back, one with the Aquilonian and one with the Blood and Sand DLC, I personally found looking quite wonderful. Taste is subjective ofc.

There is a limit to how many things a single team can do. That is why mods can take it to the next level, its like having tens of other teams working on the game. To consider that the developer is not paying attention to this is a little on the assumptions side of things. Personally I have not gotten the impression they don’t care, at all.

And otherwise, what is the point to mods if they do everything anyway?

I enjoy my builds on both server and solo/mods.

As for raid protection, what do you mean by this? Purge? Well, its rather easy with purges, you just make the last tier, depending on location you might not even need to, and place thralls on the paths they usually come from, and then support the defense. PvP raids? As in, breaking buildings down? There is no defense against it as far as I can tell. Demon fire orbs, trebuchets, etc, PvP is designed in a way to make anything fall to such attacks. Raids as in people getting inside your base? That fort I made, which is the primary operation of my town… well, I wont go into details of how I designed it but I’ll just say that I would like to see someone try and get in there  (again, not counting breaking things down… which, anything can be destroyed, all they need to do is start hacking away at a wall and be done with it).

This design btw can easily be done with in game buildings, all except the wooden curved bridges. Everything else is possible, it just will look different. but if you mix and match some nice DLC’s for it, it would still look cool imo. I’m thinking a reinforced stone / Yamatai / black ice structure to be a nice combo of assets for that fort  It all comes down to imagination, and this game, mods or not, gives you a lot of tools to spark that imagination. Ive seen some really cool keeps and castles and even Japanese like bases on official servers

Hello!
Now that I built for a couple of months I wanted to show my buildings as well

This is my leisure palace, consisting of several buildings, this one is the main building:

The front side was inspired by building from the Turan DLC trailer, I reshaped it on some parts a bit and created the rest of it by myself.

This is the inside of the main building, I tried to build a festival / throne room here:

It’s guarded by palace guards, I also want to add some more NPCs but the mod for that sadly has a bug with the available emotes currently which is why I wait before adding them.

This is the kitchen of the palace where all the feasts are prepared.

Behind the throne, if you enter one of the doors, there is my bedroom.

You can get to the outside part of the whole complex by either walking through the door in the bedroom or through some other doors in the front part of the main building.

This is the teleport place:

Behind the palace there are more areas to relax, like this little tholos-like place:

If you follow the path, you get to the Derketo monastery as well as the royal stables and forge:

The monastery:

The stables:

The forge:

Since the main building is located near a cliff side with a great view over a river valley, I decided to build a little garden there:

At the side of the stables, there is a path that leads to the Derketo temple that lies on a hill:

The Derketo temple:

There another temple area in the making but I am not quiet done with it yet:

This covers most of the leisure palace I built, I tried to “terraform” this desert spot (the dry desert located near the Summoning Place) into a palace with gardens and lots of plant life, kind of like the Hanging Gardens of Semiramis.
The palace is not my only residence though, since Siramy (my character in Conan Exiles based on my main character in Age of Conan) is a woman of taste and isn’t only interested in opulent turanian palaces, I have built an aquilonian villa rustica in the savannah area:

The peristyle surrounded by colonnades:

A place to relax near the colonnade on the right side of the building:

Inside the villa I decided not to go overboard with the decorations like I did with the leisure palace, this is the entrance / main room:

Displaying all the finest aquilonian and stygian pottery  :

Since this place is not filled with celebrating guests, a library was added for studying:

The bedroom:

On the balconies you have a great view over the savannah and its animals during breakfast:

The terrace at the backside of the building is decorated with plants again:

That’s what I built so far, I tried to do everything legit without cheats, in the cases where I had to cheat (since the items like the plants are not available without it) I tried to make compromises (like each plant = 50 plantfiber, 10 seeds and so on that I farmed and threw away… I know, I am weird but I feel bad if I have to cheat ).
I am not finished with both buildings yet, there are so many places where I want to work and I keep switching between them and never completely finish anything. I just hope my computer will keep up with the game because it starts to struggle a lot since the hardware is rather bad.

Sorry for posting so many screenshots at once

About 60+ foundations high.

Structure is 10x10x10 blocks. 5 blocks tall, 3 blocks wide. + Underwater foundations.

Took me a while to fine tune it. Don’t wanna post too many screens.

Just me and my wife. Clan of two.

Took us several months off and on to get this far with it.

Almost finished, but in the decoration process and or equipping thralls.

I finally dusted off my server and started fresh yesterday, and for now I’m squatting in one of the empty houses added by the River Boats mod:

The guard lady who stands in my back yard all day and night hasn’t said anything about my additions, so I assume they’re cool with the local HOA.

I’ve moved out of my squatter house, and built a temporary place near where I want to build my “real” house, where I can grind the materials to make a buttload of T3 pieces.

I haven’t done a whole lot with the interior yet.

I like the dilapidated look of these pieces, but the roof isn’t the best when it rains…

My idea of a Turanian (mostly) Castle.

I’ve started decommissioning some of my bases on #1502 to free up sites for others, but here’s a video I took of one of my bases before I let it decay.

Dude, that’s breathtaking.

Thank you!

I’ve recently gotten back into playing again after seeing Lyumi Light’s youtube video for a small starter fort and wanting to play around with the general layout and expanding on it a bit. Don’t have any screenshots of the interior and its rotunda as I’m still working on decorating it but it’s been pretty fun piecing this thing together.

The location is that tiny little jut of land across noob river from black hand camps and executioner’s entrance. I like it as it’s got some greenery and it’s a decent location to move into the desert areas and jungle. I gotta start hunting out locations for more northern-based jaunts though.

hey all , here is some screenshot of a rapid build i did in solo player (with admin) under 4 hours so it’s not yet decorated but that’s the only left part  :raised_hands:

I’ll post later on my main base on officials
