Shift+click-dragging items to drop them causes the entire stack to disappear

Bug Description:

Shift+click-dragging items to drop them causes the entire stack to disappear.

Bug Reproduction:

Shift+drag-click an item stack of some kind and drop it onto the ground by dragging it outside of the inventory window. The entire stack disappears and is nowhere to be found on the floor.
