Shooting Archery Target Crashes Server 100% of the Time!

Shooting an archery target, and getting a bullseye, will crash the Conan client AND dedicated servers. Players on many public servers are using this issue to grief. This needs to be HOTFIXED ASAP. From ConanSandbox.log after shooting archery target:
