Type of issue: Crash
Server type: PvE
Region: Local dedicated server box.

Random crash while playing.
AMD CPU and AMD GPU.

I uninstalled BattleEye. Never had the issue afterwards.

Try temporarily turning off your antivirus, or excluding the Conan folders.

Usually you see this error in games when your overzealous security software is locking data for scans. Excluding it from scans will resolve it.

There’s no AV on my box :cowboy_hat_face:

I am only using it to play Conan with my wife on our dedicated home server. So I didn’t need one.

I was getting this error at least once every 60 min of game play.

Since I’ve untinstalled BattleEye. Never got that error again.

I though it could help to let you know.

If you have Windows, You have Windows Defender.

Your fix is fine, but you will have trouble on servers that require it.
