shrine of mitra, Upgraded to T2. Initially no issues. Now unable to craft tier 2 shrine items. The option to craft them no longer apears.

Did you maybe use a potion to reset your feats?
Even if you can interact with a t2 Mitra temple, you need to have the t2 feat (Priest of Mitra) unlocked to use the recipes provided.
If you check your feat list, what color is the “Priest of Mitra” feat?
