Can't upgrade Sanctuary to Temple, recipe does not show

Something changed. I can upgrade the Shrine of Mitra to a Sanctuary, but then there is no recipe to upgrade to Temple of Mitra. I put a Mitra High Priest in it and it still doesn’t show the recipe. I tried rebuilding it in a few locations, still none.

This is on the PS4 and Official server.

Am I missing something? I don’t remember having to do anything else when I built it awhile ago.

did you check your feats ? it may be the case you took a yellow lotus or bestial memory potion and forgot to put the feat points back in the religion ?
