Bug Description:

Silver Mine Journey Step is bugged.

Bug Reproduction:

Went through the entire dungeon twice and the final step of exploring the mine completely wont unlock next step of the journey

It may be possible to get the step done in single player even in god mode. That depends on how you feel about trophies being earned in single player while in god mode. It can be done.
