Since most of the Twitch Drop Event topics were closed

PC and Xbox got it fixed two days ago, just waiting on rhe 2.4.6 update for PS4/PS5 now.

Unable to craft Twitch drop items (items not found)

Hey all, Just to confirm again: The fixes for this issue and nudity are coming with patch 2.4.6, which is currently undergoing the last steps of certification. We’ll release this patch as soon as it is available. For an overview of other fixes included in the patch, you can take a peek at the patchnotes for Xbox (they don’t include Playstation-specific fixes, though).
