We don’t play offline much at all PS5 perhaps you should make a Zendesk report to Zendesk Funcom com seriously wish things were better for you.

Can you upload game save files?

i dont play offline but i test stuff on it
and check what changed
but its not loading
and some other players had this issue also

I just logged into Exiles and Siptah with 2 different characters PS5 online. Best of luck to you.
