no. all it does it let you sell thralls for gold coins. has nothing to do with FLS-locked items.

From what I have seen, the thralls can wear the gear but use of the gear is still account locked so it’s not like you can take it from the thrall and use it. Same applies to mounts. If you don’t have access in your account, you don’t get to ride them. I think you can still have them follow you though so pets may be fine
DONT unequip bazar items and they should stay. But the purchase works fine.

I believe the mount seating was corrected a few months ago.
Issue where clan mates who didn’t own the dlc mount were not able to ride them. But yes they could follow.
Afterwards a patch was released that allowed clan mates to ride dlc mounts. I could be wrong.

DLC items were never a problem to pass forward to other players.
But battlepass and bazar stuff (also twitch drops) can not be used be other players.
We tested it yesterday you can buy pets from the bazar you dont have from other players, which is awesome but i dont think even if the purchase would work they could ride horses from battlepass or bazar. I try to test it later,
Sounds about right. Even if a thrall would wear the gear in question, the player cannot pick it up and use it themselves if they dont own the unlock. Or at least, thats how I think it is.
Yeah. This hasn’t changed. I could trade bazaar/unlock items to other players even before the update, but they simply cant use them if they dont own those items. Keep in mind that this changed in the past. There was a time in history that this restriction didn’t exist..
I think you can still trade pets though. I have successfully traded the greater colossal snake. As long as the item isnt worn (or ridden) by the player, there is no conflict.
