Sound and thrall issues

Only playing pvp servers on PS4 pro. Finding a delay in sound all the time and cannot apply warpaint to my character also can’t apply tools to any of my captured thralls? Are the second to a wrong button I’m pressing or glitches as I believe I have tried everything! Advice please!

Thralls are very buggy at the moment and there is nothing we can do about it. We need to wait for a fix. I also have the sound problems.
