Spawnpoint where all npc stuck

Blacksmith stuck on this position (picture). If killed, all new spawned npc also stuck at this place. Picture show place and Location on Map.

The NPC can’t move from his place.

note:

I realized this NPC isn’t the only one. Spread over the whole map you will meet NPC’s that are stuck to something. Sometimes these are bed rolls, campfires or other objects, probably those that have some kind of collision box
