Stamina Fails To Regenerate

Bug Description:

At random, my stamina stops regenerating. It will go to zero and will not increase. I’ve tried numerous ways to resolve the issue, but the only thing that works is removing my bracelet.

Bug Reproduction:

It happens at random. There is no way I’ve discovered to reproduce the issue.

I need to add to my bug report that, when stamina is at zero and not regenerating, I can run but I cannot swing my weapon.
