There was nothing to copy and paste so I tried to recreate the form the best I could.

Stamina stops regenerating and the only way to fix it is to pull your bracelet off. I’ve had it stop regenerating during all kinds of stuff. It doesn’t seem to be triggered by any one thing. Stamina simply stops regenerating and you cannot mount, fight, or do anything. The only fix is to kill yourself. This makes it impossible to use things like glyphs. I also go through a ton of potions because I will be out trying to level up and I have to kill myself at least once per gaming session.

This happens to me, too. Daily. I have to pull bracelet to reset every time. This has killed pvp.

This has been happening to me since update, never had this problem before. I am doing the same, having to remove bracelet.

Rubber banding and lag etc has also got worse. I was off Conan few months until this update and can see different in performance.
