Still getting stuck trying to get out of water when on horseback after 28.4 patch

I’m still cannot get out of water while im riding the horse, seems like the patch didnt fix that.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. go to any water source while on horseback
   2.going inside the water with no problem
2. when trying to go out horse doesnt want to come out, pushes himself backwards
