Decay Timer on Single Structure not Resetting Properly

Replaced Structure, timer resets to 1:30
For some reason since the update, I have one Armored Animal Taming Pen who’s timer does not reset properly. The timer very slowly and gradually goes up, and despite physically touching an identical taming pen who’s timer resets to the full amount, it will not reset properly. You need to stay logged in and next to it watching the timer slowly crawl up every fifteen minutes.
I have tried removing and replacing the structure in the same spot. This resets the timer to 1:30. I’ve tried adding some foundations though they were not needed previously. It only sets the timer to a bit more than before. This only happened Post Update, and it’s just the one specific structure. It’s literally touching the other pen that has a proper timer.
