Hi everyone,
We all agree: the Bazaar in Conan Exiles is a great concept — but its current implementation has become a major source of frustration and disengagement. The rotation system is severely limited: out of 13 slots, only 3 rotate — 2 weekly and 1 daily. Meanwhile, highly desired large sets (Stygian Sorcerer, Argossean, Nordheim, Rough Timber, etc.) often have no rotation date at all, and their return may take months—or over a year.
This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s lost revenue and player retention:
-
Players want to spend, but can’t—because the items they crave are locked behind an opaque, slow system.
-
Many stop checking the Bazaar entirely, losing interest in purchases.
-
New DLC content remains inaccessible to most players until old items expire.
We urgently need a serious overhaul:
-
Increase rotating slots (minimum 6–8);
-
Make rotations frequent and predictable (e.g., 3–4 slots daily);
-
Or better yet: replace the time-gated system with a permanent catalogue + rotating discounts.
Please, Funcom — listen. This isn’t just about convenience; it’s about respecting your players’ time and willingness to support the game.
P.S. Apologies if this topic is a duplicate—I know this issue comes up regularly on the forums—but I wanted to consolidate voices and bring attention to this important matter again.

What change would improve the Bazaar the most?
- Make all DLC items permanently available for purchase, with rotating discounts/sales
- Increase rotating slots to 6–8 (e.g., 3 daily + 3 weekly)
- Add a “Wishlist” system: save desired items and get notified when they appear
- Introduce guaranteed rotation cycles (e.g., every item appears at least once per 4 weeks)
- Allow players to spend extra Crowns/Coins to “refresh” 1–2 slots manually (cooldown applies)
- Separate Bazaar into categories (e.g. “Buildings”, “Cosmetics”, “Weapons”) with independent rotation
- Replace time-based rotation with “popularity-based” rotation (frequent buyers influence what shows up)
- Keep current system — it’s fine as is
They need to refresh bazar asap. I buy evrything already. Let me give you money!
I’m sure I miss read something but I thought i had read the battlepass content wouldn’t be in the bazaar. I must be misremembering.
Agreed! We’re back playing because of the Enhanced update, and I’d love to throw more cash at Funcom if they let me. A Path of Exile-style system, with all items available and rotating discounts, would be ideal.
I voted. As OT posted in my thread, we are in agreement over this. The current state of bazaar is not acceptable. I hate the idea of having to check daily for a year for an item to appear, only for it to never do (because Funcom decides what items are there anyway). I WANT to buy, the price is not the problem. The problem is that I dont have ACCESS. Making rotation slower(supposedly so people wouldnt miss stuff) sucks, because its going to take AGES for the items to reappear. There are just so many items behind bazaar now.
Just go back to DLC based system where that stuff is bought directly. EU is already hammering down on this sort of “ingame currency usage” anyway. They want stuff to be directly buyable and not to have a falsified price. Just see the writing on the wall, be ahead of the curve and go back to direct DLC system. You can have a rotating bazaar for discounts if you want.
ps. Out of the suggestions above, I know I dont want it to be popularity-based. Thats a sure way to NEVER see some items.
This was changed like a year ago. People complained too much. BP content first entered the rotation and now they have gone back even more by making the offerings permanent. But that sucks for the OTHER bazaar content, as those items are taking up those bazaar slots that could be used for rotation.
I am somewhat disappointed, as being the exclusive owner of battlepass stuff - I enjoyed it… At least I can still say I paid much less for the battlepass content than the silly people who complained about the battlepass. I only paid for the first chapter and got all the others (7 chapters?) for free. Complainers who got battlepass system removed have to pay fully for all of them. What geniuses. Math is obviously hard.
So… Funcom still ignoring us huh? console bazaar with the set i what to spend money and I can’t do it because on enhanced they don’t rotate that cursed thing
I completely agree with you.
wishlist: boats, water placeables like aquatic plants
@Conflitos
I’m not entirely convinced they’re ignoring us. There might be a few key factors in place as well. They have their hands full with making sure CE:E runs smoothly. Then after that, I’m sure they’ll be sending the build to console and Epic certification, which will be hell all it’s own. Then they have to sync Steam, Epic, console and Microsoft PC. I’m convinced they have a very small team working on CE:E. They’re not gonna take resources from Dune either. That wouldn’t be a smart move but I wouldn’t blame them for making it. As I said, small team. They’re not ignoring us, it’s just not high on their list of priorities at the moment.
Wishlist: water mounts, alligator swimming mount.
Well, whem we talk about a product, that by all means that game is a product, that must bring value for user and stakeholders, for Funcom or Inflexion having a comunity demand that brings revenue/income constantly that shoud be a priority with low effort and high reward for them, everyone will be spending more constantly over tham waiting 7 days + to see if there is something interesting or not, things they already have devolved and all FOMO at this point is a bet for them because not all that is presented will be desired for everyone, leting all the devolved itens avaliable in the other hand and rotate discounts will ensure constant monetization
Inaccurate, a companies responsibility is to their shareholders, not their customers. Least, that’s the case in the USA, I don’t know about other parts of the world. Reality is, they can listen to us and that’d be awesome but Conan Exiles is the main product to sell. Since CE:E released, we’ve seen more content. More content more notoriety. More notoriety breeds more sales. More sales means more players. The issue is keeping the players but more sales and players means the shareholders are happy. Granted, they may listen to the players to fix the game and/or work with the community to make the game better, like they currently are, but that doesn’t change the fact the main product comes before the add-on content.
In general, I’d agree with that. However - the costs of items in the bazaar are often signifcantly higher (even with the claimed ‘discounts’) than the cost of the base game or DLCs. That would imply that increasing bazaar sales would be a valid way to please the shareholders. In theory, increased availability would likely provide increased sales. However - there may be value at the moment in focusing on trying to attract new or returning players to the bazaar, rather than those who have been here all along and desire one particular piece or set but already have most of the rest. These newer or returning players may be (or be believed to be) particularly interested in the battlepass sets and/or the chosen build sets that haven’t been rotating, which might explain why there has been so little rotation.
Alternatively, it might simply be down to not focusing on the bazaar so much while the devs are all focusing on fixes to try to smooth out the launch problems the upgrade has faced..Either way, there has been comment from the devs (over on discord) that change will be coming ‘soon’ - though this was not an ‘official statement’, so may represent an individual dev’s personal opinion, rather than concrete corporate plans.
Just throw all in and let me pick what I want ffs…
This is the general consensus.
