Has someone started a surge after today’s update? I have, and it doesn’t stop anymore. Before I start another one on another server ore make a bug report I thought I should ask first, maybe it’s just a problem of this lone server i play on (EU Official PvE #7002 Xbox).
No more enemies dropping, can’t interact with shrine, Sky effect remains, other players also can’t interact with shrine.
During a surge, some baby animals will fall from the sky with the NPCs. They scurry away almost immediately after they drop. If they run away and you don’t kill them, the surge will remain active until the animal is killed. Any surge will remain active until all of the NPCs are not killed during any of the waves before the last one. Look for baby lizards or tiger cubs. If you can’t find the animal, a server restart will reset the leyshrine.
Thanks, I totally forgot about that! I had run so much surges recently and never had this problem, but I know you had to kill (or knock) them all. So I was running around the shrine like an idiot and even called another player to help 
. Finally leaving the server with surge active, logged in again two hours later just to check and it has ended eventually …
