level up points decreased? i was using a specific build and after the patch i dont have enough points to make it again…

after the patch those talents cannot be reached because the points are running out
I just made that exact build at lvl 60, so it should still be possible. We didn’t reduce the Attribute points.

As @Jens_Erik mentioned, the attribute points are the same, which is 390.
If you’re missing some points, show a screenshot of that because it would be a bug that needs addressing.
The screenshot you provided shows no problems so it’s not very helpful.
I’ve heard of cases where people’s learned feats would vanish, in those cases drinking a yellow lotus potion would rectify the issue. If you’re missing points, drinking one might help here too.
